Matthew Preble is a native of North Kingstown, RI where he grew up on his family’s farm. This is the origin of his passion for the highest quality of fresh, local food. He has a Culinary Arts Degree from Johnson & Wales University and vast knowledge of different types of cuisine. His positions have included Sous Chef at The Chanler and Salvation Café, Executive Sous Chef at The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar and 22 Bowens Wine Bar & Grille, and opened the kitchen at Keenwah. His creativity and use of the finest ingredients are the perfect recipe for a meal you won’t soon forget.
