Crimini, shitake, and oyster mushrooms in a sherry cream sauce

Mesclun, arugula, cranberry, apples with a pumpkin sherry vinaigrette

Surf and Turf

6 oz. filet, 3 oz. lobster meat, topped with bearnaise sauce, served with dauphinoise potato and asparagus

Duck Duo

Seared duck breast over risotto of duck confit, butternut squash, dried cranberry, with a watercress garnish

Statler Chicken Breast Marsala

Roasted statler chicken, mafaldine pasta with a rich marsala mushroom sauce

 Grilled Pork Chop

10 oz. center cut chop, with an apple, sausage, portuguese bolo, sage stuffing, served with sweet potato mash, green beans, and pork gravy

Roasted Cod

Atlantic Cod, seared and roasted in a fingerling potato, leek, butternut squash, white wine, butter broth
