lemon beurre blanc and demi-glace

Chicken cutlet topped with roasted eggplant, crispy prosciutto, mozzarella.  Accompanied with Spaghetti, tossed in marinara, and fresh basil. Finished with parmesan cheese

*Shrimp, Scallop & Lobster Vol-au-Vent

Grilled half lobster, lobster meat, shrimp & scallops with leeks, peas, asparagus, and

lobster cheese sauce in a french puff pastry vol-au-vent shell

*Sirloin Au Poivre

12 oz. Sirloin served with green beans, and potato dauphinoise

*Salmon

Redwine reduction glaze, served on farro with leaks, peas, carrots, and finished with crème fraiche
